Guidelines
- Registration Requirement: The presenting author must be a registered participant.
- Submission Process: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system. Submissions by email will not be accepted. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Publication Consent: By submitting an abstract, authors consent to its publication in the Book of Abstracts. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality and integrity of its content.
- Language: All abstracts must be written and presented in English, with accurate grammar and spelling.
- Originality: Only abstracts presenting original data will be considered for review.
- Structure: The abstract body must not exceed 250 words (excluding title, authors and affiliation), written in an unstructured from. Abstracts must not include figures or tables.
- Author information: Affiliations must include Department, Institution, City, Country.
- Topic selection: Authors should assign their abstract to one of the following topics:
- Genomics and Evolution
- Biotechnology and Synthetic Biology
- Health
- Fermented Foods and Beverages
- Drug and stress resistance
- Adaptation, Cell Death and Ageing
- Evaluation: The Scientific Committee will review abstracts based on clarity, scientific relevance, and originality. The Committee reserves the right to reassign abstracts to the most appropriate topic.
- Presenting Format: Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral communication or posters. The scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding the presentation format.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: July 19, 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: September 7, 2026.
