Mara Paneroni is a physiotherapist and PhD researcher, and the Clinical and Scientific Coordinator of the Rehabilitation Team in the Pulmonology and Cardiology Departments at ICS Maugeri Institutes (Italy). She is also an adjunct professor at Università degli Studi of Brescia (Italy).  Her research focuses on developing and evaluating rehabilitation models for chronic respiratory and cardiac conditions. She has expertise in exercise physiology, mechanical ventilation, respiratory management of neuromuscular diseases, and telemedicine. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Brescia (UNIBS, Italy).
