Alexandre Antunes: Cardiologist since 2003. Dedicated to prehospital Emergency Care and cardiac intensive care (Medical Emergency Competence certified by the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos) in 2003 until 2017, when he opened the Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit at the Leiria Region Local Health Unit as Coordinator. This unit has been accredited by the European Society of Cardiology since 2022, and obtained reaccreditation in 2025. In terms of personal training, he obtained the European Certification in Preventive Cardiology in 2025, and is a PhD student in Medicine with a project also in the area of ​​Cardiac Rehabilitation - exercise prescription.
