Joana Cruz is a physiotherapist, Professor at the School of Health Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Leiria (ESSLei), and researcher at ciTechCare. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences and Technologies from the University of Aveiro and conducts her scientific work in the area of ​​assessment and intervention in respiratory diseases, with a particular focus on respiratory rehabilitation and the promotion of physical activity. She is the author of several publications and presentations at national and international scientific events.
