Congress Registration Fee includes:
Skyros-Congressos will handle all the hotel accommodation requirements for 1st International Congress of Respiratory Rehabilitation who require this service. Accommodation should be booked at the registration form. The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Skyros-Congressos will not be able to guarantee rooms after March 9th, 2026.
If hotel reservations are requested until January 23, 2026, only one night's deposit will be charged per room requested to guarantee the reservation. Payment of the first deposit must be made upon confirmation of the reservation. Payment for subsequent nights must be made in full 30 days prior to the event, by February 26, 2026; otherwise, only the first night's accommodation will be considered, and the remaining nights will be automatically cancelled. Reservations without payment will not be considered or confirmed.
New reservations requested after January 23, 2026 must be paid in full.
Registrations and service reservations will not be considered or confirmed without the payment. All requests will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. No voucher will be sent for hotel reservations; the office will send an email confirmation after receiving payment for all requested services. Please note that reservations for services such as lunches, courses, and hotel are subject to confirmation, will be accepted subject to availability, and will only be considered when fully paid.
Registration confirmation is only sent after receiving full payment for all requested services, and provided that all data is properly completed on the registration form. Until payment is received, the registration will be suspended and will not be considered.
Until January 23rd, 2026, a full refund of the requested services will be given, deducted of a booking fee of €30 and any associated bank fees.
From January 23rd to February 26th, 2026, a 50% refund of the total requested services will be given, deducted of a booking fee of €30 and any associated bank fees. If you wish to cancel your accommodation reservation, one night deposit will be charged for each room.
After February 26th, 2026, no refunds will be given.
No Show/Early Check-Out or Late Check-In – full payment, no amount will be refunded
In cases where a refund is due, written cancellation must be addressed to Skyros-Congressos, and the refund will only be processed after the congress.
Name changes are free of charge until the event starting, at the onsite registration desk, changes are only accepted with an extra payment of 20 euros per change. Changes will only be accepted for reservations made before February 19th, 2026.
Requesting a change of the paying entity for selected services after payment has already been made is possible; however, the refund is subject to a 50 € administrative fee.
Example: You registered for the congress and paid the registration fee personally. Later, you had the opportunity to receive sponsorship related to your registration and wish to receive a refund. A refund is possible, but the 50 € administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
Only receipts for services requested on-site will be issued during the event . Changes to invoices not issued on-site will only be possible after the event has taken place and if requested within a maximum of 30 days of the document's issuing date.
Online Registration closes on February 19, 2026. After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted and must be paid immediately, even if requested by companies, as with any other services requested.
For companies with registration packages, all participant details must be submitted by February 26th, 2026; otherwise, they will not be allowed to use them after this date.
Certificates will be sent digitally via email after the event. They can be requested up to 30 days after the congress. After this period, Skyros is not responsible for issuing them.
The Organisers reserve the right to change schedules, postpone the date of the congress, or change the venue if the event is affected by any unforeseeable event causing damage, destruction, or danger to public health due to natural causes, war, public enemy, pandemics, or other events beyond the Organiser's control and without fault or negligence on their part. If such contingencies occur, the Organisers will inform participants immediately in order to minimize any losses. Please note that written notices should not be interpreted as a right to any possible claim of any kind regarding damages and/or compensation.
Participants should not resort to any legal action against the Organizsers, as their primary premise will always be to protect participants from any risk.
The Organization will do everything possible to present the announced program. However, it reserves the right to change or cancel, without prior notice, arrangements, schedules, plans, or other items directly or indirectly related to the congress.
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal accidents, losses, or damage to private property resulting from participation in the congress. Participants are advised to arrange adequate insurance to cover travel expenses, cancellation, medical assistance, and theft or damage to belongings.
By participating in this event, you grant the organisers full rights to use images resulting from photography or video, or any reproductions/adaptations of the images for advertising or other purposes associated with the event, which may include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in print and online advertising, social media, press releases, etc.
