Dr. Manuel Ribeiro Neto earned his MD degree in Brazil, at the Federal University of Bahia, in 2006. He completed residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, Florida in 2009, and his pulmonary and critical care fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic in 2013. After completing his fellowship training, Dr. Ribeiro returned to Brazil, where he served as Coordinator of the Respiratory Medicine Service at the Hospital Cardio Pulmonar in Salvador, Bahia. He rejoined the Cleveland Clinic in 2016, and he is currently the Director of the Sarcoidosis Center. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as running and biking.
