Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee kindly invite you to submit abstracts to participate as Oral or Poster presentation to the Symposium that will be held on September 18 th with the topic:

“Organic Petrology for a Changing World”

• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15th, 2026
• Author Notification: July 15th, 2026
• The presenter complies with all the guidelines required for presentation.
• Affiliations of all authors should be listed.
• The abstract is in accordance with all guidelines required.
• The abstract must be submitted exclusively online using the submission form available at the official website, otherwise they will not be considered.

The 77 ICCP Meeting will accept Abstracts in the form of Oral and Poster Presentation. The way of presentation will be evaluated in accordance with its scientific content, relevance, quality and originality.

Abstracts submitted will only be accepted when in accordance with all the rules of submission presented above. Abstracts should include Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract Text. The abstract must be submitted in English (mandatory). The abstract should not exceed 400 words . All Abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by independent reviewers from the Scientific Committee in accordance with a specific evaluation grid.

The deadline for abstract submission is June 15th, 2026. Acceptance will be informed by July 15th, 2026.
